I really don't know where else to turn. I was really excited when I started the Fund Anything site. I was very excited when a couple people chose to donate but now it has fallen short of my expectations. Delving into the madness which is my mind has been scary. I have a lot on my plate and I question a lot of things that have happened to me recently. I was raised by a decent family. They are on a limited and fixed income. I have basically no income at all. I worked hard and always tried to do the right things in life...including helping those in need. I was taught if you do good things, then good things will come your way. It disappoints me when I look through some of the Fund Anything and Fund Anything sites to see people raising money for hobbies and sometimes pure nonsensical things that really don't matter. I have a lot of pride in who I am and it is difficult for me to lay things on the line and go the public to ask for help. It is really frustrating fig
Was really lucky to be in an awesome cookout yesterday. Burgers and brats and it was really delightful. Off to a new doctor today who I hope has some new answers. Was feeling okay but the storms that are coming in are giving me some serious issues. Hope everyone enjoyed the holiday weekend and please don't forget our Vet's. God bless them all. Pretty excited that I get to see my new PCP tomorrow and get a fresh look at my issues. I hope he can do something more for me. I hate to leave my last doctor; I really did like him. His incompetent staff and their treatment of me made me move on. I hope everyone enjoys their Memorial Day celebrations. God bless our Vet's for all they have done to ensure we live a free life. Not sure why but my ankles are my primary complaint now. Having issues with balance and stabbing pains in them. Left hip is trouble as well. Going to see the doctor this coming Tuesday and I hope he has some answers for me. I've been hearing a lot of different cracks in my back and my neck with no particular pattern. All in all my back feels a lot better. Any day above ground is a good day.
I am really glad this second infusion of Remicaid went well. I was concerned what might happen. If you take a look at the known side effects it will scare the hell out of you. Heart Failure was my primary concern. My doctor told me to avoid public places as something as simple as the common cold could be fatal if I contract it. Remicaid basically deletes my immune system. In fact, I am my own worst enemy. My immune system is attacking my joints and organs. My biggest fear is that my brain will be effected. If the Remicaid doesn't kill me first. I must say, living with this gives you an entirely different perspective on your surroundings and life in general. You come to know what is important and who actually gives a damn about you. I must admit, I feel better in a lot of ways. I don't have the vocabulary to put the feelings that I have about it into writing. It just makes you feel weird. I had my second infusion of remicaid today and all went well. I was pretty worried, especially since I had such a bad reaction last time. Feeling a lot better and I hope that trend continues. It is a bright, sunny day today. Any day above ground is a good day if you ask me. The nurses are awesome and really helpful. I have to go back in six weeks for treatment number three, then I will be on a regular eight week schedule. I am pretty tired and I think I will get some sleep. Really off to a good start for the Fund Anything campaign. It is really cool that so many people are pitching in. I take my second infusion treatment tomorrow and I'm going to be honest; I'm pretty nervous. It is kind of scary knowing that something you are going to put into your body will help you but at the same time it could kill you. I used to think I wasn't scared of anything...but I'm not so sure as I get older. All I know is that this is not where I envisioned my life going. There is nothing that can be done about it and you have to take the hand you are dealt. As my good friend Forrest Gump once said, "Life is like a box of chocolates...you never know what you're gonna get."
I'm really excited about being on Fund Anything. I have a good feeling about it...especially when I see someone asking for $100,000 dollars to cut a studio album (she has $25,000 so far) and I am just seeking enough money to get by. It was really hard for me to do but I think I did the right thing. What is wrong with asking for help when you need it? I am looking at 6 months to a year more to get my SSI decision and then another two years on top of that to get housing assistance. I found a site that is selling address' to the very wealthy. Wow; what a way to make a living. I know I have a lot of pride in who I am and this is not something I ever envisioned doing. It is really my last resort and it is what it is. With or without it I know I will make it. Just makes life a lot easier when you have the things you need to move on. I try not to dwell on it too much. I know from seeing other people in the doctor office with other illnesses far worse than mine that it
I think I have had enough Battlefield 4 for a while and I will be getting back into Neverwinter. I had a great broadcast last night. I have got a few of my old viewers back and it feels great! I slept pretty much the entire day away. I am happy the warm temperatures have returned as Winter was long and really cold. I am glad to see so many people have been stopping by the blog. Also glad to see my good friend Startled Sheep finally followed the stream on Twitch. Not sure what I'm going to get into on today's broadcast but I'm thinking I will start with Neverwinter. Really looking forward to today's broadcast! Took care of the #Mothersday formalities yesterday. I am thinking about starting the Minecraft world for Xbox One back up and getting the old engineers back on with me. We are planning to create the Lord of the Rings Mines of Morrior. Basically the plan is to mine an entire map, from edge to edge, from level Y40 to bedrock. We have it about 15% done. Everyone got burned out and we just had too many people crying on the server. Some regulars got butt hurt and tried to start their own server and steal away regulars from Atlas Server. The Yanks & Brits #Neverwinter guild is doing well. We have about a dozen members and it continues to grow. If you play a lot and are looking for an active guild, one that works together as a team, then our guild is for you! I've been working on dungeons now that I have the DC up to level 60. It has been a lot of fun. I know this game is going to catch on...sooner or later. I can't believe it is free to play. I am going to post, in detail my set up and I really like it. I have picked up some serious enchantments and refined some of my stones. I only need to get 300 more points to have access to Tier II dungeons. Make sure you tune and and catch all of the action!

Man oh man what a crazy weekend it has been. I'm still not well and I really don't know how to put it into words. I will just say I am uncomfortable and I will be glad when I can get back to normal. I wanted to broadcast longer today but I'm just not up to it. 14 hours will have to be enough. Didn't make it to level 60 either with the good ol' Devoted Cleric. I did, however, have a good time with some of my longtime friends on the XBox One. D & D Neverwinter is an amazing game and it has been a lot of fun building up my Boss DC. She really is boss as well. I mean, I was struggling with the character I made myself. I have a great balance of power and the ability to heal on the battlefield. I really enjoy this game. Advanced Dungeons & Dragons: Neverwinter for Xbox One is an amazing game. I am pretty sure I'm hooked! I had a 16 hour broadcast the day before yesterday and I could have kept right on going. As most of you know...Eddie Mancuso is old. As a matter of fact I'm so old that I remember when the original home console, more commonly known as pong came out. I played it a lot. Then Atari 2600, the Atari 5200, Intellivision, Colecovision, Sega Genesis, Super Nintendo...finally Xbox 360 and now Xbox One. What a difference it is...and I'm loving it. I wasted a lot of days and nights playing D & D with paper, a lot of imagination and dice. I salute Arc Games even though the interface needs a lot of work and it seems some of the servers are a bit laggy/glitchy. All in all it is very playable and I think it is very smart of them to make it a free to play and with astral diamonds...free to win kind of game. I had a great broadcast yesterday. I'm getting ready to work on polishing up my overlay and adding some new features. I'm really glad I made the leap to Minecraft PC. It is amazing; I can't believe how many more features are in the PC version. Okay, so I got the village updated and walled in. I made the tunnel from the village to the future iron farm. I am pretty sure I have enough track to get the villagers over to it now. Morbid has been a great help and so has Fat American. I had more people interacting and chatting with me yesterday then I ever have and it felt great. Please give me a plus one and make sure you stay tuned I have a lot more in store.
Buckeye server is coming together. We got the beef farm going, pig farm and sheep farm. Started on the slime farm. Next is the iron farm and villager spawner and then we are going to start working on an epic gold farm & xp farm. You get to level 30 in under 2 minutes with no mod packs...legit. I'm glad the warm weather is starting to creep into town. I'm excited; I posted on the Minecraft forums and got a couple of new people interested in building with us. I'm going to work on finishing the slime farm today and try to get some materials in stock to help us with future builds. Hope you are having a great day!
I'm going to try and keep this up to date a lot more. I have so much going on in my personal (cough, cough boring) life. I'm not sure what happened but the Atlas Server all but died. It seems playing long hours on end, day after day with other people who you don't really like has taken it's toll. I would have thought I could at least get an explanation (or a chance to make things better) but no. Two of the top players called it quits without saying a word to me. I heard it from the rumor mill and had to go and directly ask them. You know when a video game feels more like a job than fun...it's time to move on. So that is exactly what I did. I went and purchased Minecraft for the PC. An old friend from the Xbox 360 days had been bugging me to make the transition and with all that was going on with Atlas...I did it. I have to tell you I'm not sorry about it either. It's been a lot of fun. I have still got to learn how to craft things as the cons
So I made my life a little easier...I got Xsplit. I am loving the chromokey it looks really cool. It will be nice when I figure out how to get my alerts configured. I have an old friend I used to play Minecraft Xbox 360 Edition with that is trying to get me to come play on his PC world. I'm not sure what I'm going to do yet. I have so much invested in the Xbox One world that I really don't want to leave The Atlas Server to start over again. I was thinking more like when the Atlas Server dies down my next project will be on the PC version. Maybe even a mod pack like Sky Factory 2.2.2 lol who knows. It's nice to have everything finally working.
I've never had an ASUS product. I heard a lot of people talking them up...even my friends. I have to tell you I'm not all that impressed with them. Their idea of tech support is always, no matter what the issue to reset the PC to factory defaults. So with that being said...I'm going to be using the Elgato stream command for my broadcasts until I can figure out the technical end of OBS or Split X. I really like the OBS and chromokey but it is all messed up. It sure does suck being old! I can't figure this crap out like I used to. So finally the TU 20 update is out for #MCXB1 and I'm FINALLY getting back on the air. I need followers. I need partnership with Twitch! I need to mine!
Well I guess I shouldn't complain but Murphy's Law has been kicking my tail! I got the new Elgato HD60 and everything went nuts for me. First my Astro A40s died and I had to troubleshoot them. Got a new mixamp via overnight shipping from Amazon.com to fix the issue...no dice. So I had to send them back and go to Gamestop; plop down $270 for a new set of Astro A40s. Now those are working and I have them connected to the PC. I can chat on skype as well as Xbox live at the same time...pretty cool. My new PC got the blue screen of death last night. I had to call ASUS tech support. After about an hour on the phone with them, they tell me I have to do a factory reset. That means I lost everything...including my new overlay I created for twitch. I didn't have a system restore point and I had not backed up the overlay. :( So the grind continues and hopefully I will be back on the air tonight. I love #Minecraft and I love streaming on #Twitch. I have finally upgraded my equipment: Intel i7 processor, 16GB RAM DDR3 1600Mhz, 2GB DDR5 video card topped off with a 3TB HD. HD cam, new overlay for my broadcast and a green screen for chromokey background. Got a ton of followers for my test broadcast on COD Black Ops II zombies. I'm loving it! Stay tuned for more!
